Some of our products are located and shipped from the US, while others are shipped from China. Which of our warehouses we ship your products from may vary depending on stock availability and demand. For full transparency, we would like to inform you that our products are not manufactured in the US, but generally in China. This ensures that you get the best products at the best possible price.

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests made after this time will be declined. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it has been received.
Yes, all orders are delivered quickly and free of charge.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing your order during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
We aim to deliver within 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of it being shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective items. Provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and all relevant references when you receive the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card issuer if you have questions about when the amount will be credited to your account. If you have not yet received credit for your return, please do the following: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
